Admitted to the California Bar in 1992, the U.S. District Court, Southern District in 1992, the U.S. District Court, Central District in 1993, and the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2000.

Ms. Preciado has been a litigator for over 23 years handling trials, appeals, arbitrations, mediations, settlement conferences, extensive law and motion, and discovery, including hundreds of depositions. She has 23 years’ experience representing and advising a wide range of clients in all aspects of litigation from inception through conclusion through dismissal, verdict, judgment, settlement, and/or disposition through pre-trial motions. She has both first and second chair bench trial and jury trial and arbitration experience obtaining favorable judgments for clients. Ms. Preciado has prepared, argued and won a significant number of motions, including numerous dispositive motions. She has also obtained favorable outcomes for clients at trial, settlement and appeal. For 23 years, she has been advising clients in connection with early and cost-effective pre-litigation resolution, complex issues, case merits, exposure, alternative dispute resolution, litigation strategy, deposition, mediation, and arbitration. Throughout her years of experience representing lawyers and law firms in professional liability defense cases, Ms. Preciado has handled countless claims involving underlying family law matters. Ms. Preciado has had experience with family law issues regarding Child Custody, Child Visitation, Child Support, Spousal Support, Restraining Orders; Income available for Support; Interstate Jurisdiction; Community Property Division and Characterization of Property.
